Seeking full-time, entry-level Retail Sales Associates for nationwide pawn store locations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and engaging with various merchandise including jewelry, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The role offers hourly wages plus commission, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $2.68/hour.

• Customer engagement and rapport building.
• Performing sales and loan transactions.
• Maintaining the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handling cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform duties involving standing, walking, climbing, etc., for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, and able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in basic math and computer skills; cash handling experience preferred.
