Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Manage assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and managers.;
Ensure Guest Service staff deliver a great customer experience, that promotions are executed well, and that front counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.;
Ensure Kitchen delivers great quality food quickly, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items added to the menu.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; onboard and motivate crew.
