Job Title: Bartender at Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q

We offer a front‑of‑the‑house position that serves guests enthusiastically, suggestively sells menu items, prepares craft cocktails, rings up and collects payment for menu items, and ensures all guests receive great food and service. Serve guests, suggestively sell menu items, prepare craft cocktails, handle payment transactions, and maintain high customer‑service standards.

• Stand duty up to eight hours or longer if needed
• Stand, walk 100% of the time

• Bending and reaching from under the counter (5 inches above the ground) to 6 feet above the ground with at least one arm
• Climb ladders or step stools
• Dexterity required for handling food items and dishes
• Effective communication skills to deal with public
