Minimum age of 16. Must possess a valid Class C driver s license from NC. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
Responsibilities- Assists with the daily operations of an assigned recreation center to include programming, special events, supervising facilities and daily cleaning/maintenance of the facility. Experience working in a recreation center or setting and working with diverse populations.

- Strong preference for an Associate Degree in Recreation or a related field; must be available to work a varied schedule throughout the week with primary duty hours in the afternoons and evenings.
- Must be able to meet the City criteria for an acceptable driving record.

The employee must frequently lift, push, pull and/or move more than 50 pounds. An employee in this position will have successfully passed a Functional Prework Screen administered by a professional and impartial third party specialist.
