Registered Nurse (RN), Surgical – Full Time Nights

Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full‑time night shift on our 20‑bed surgical unit (1:5–6 RN:patient ratio). Eligible candidates will receive a sign‑on bonus up to $20,000.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to patient condition, age and acuity.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate quality‑improvement (QI) assessments.

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
