Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN with at least 2 years of experience and a NC or compact RN license for a day shift contract.

Responsibilities

• Work in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit within a hospital setting

• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Assignment is 13 weeks in length

• Care for a diverse population of medical-surgical and telemetry patients

• Must provide care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients as assigned

• COVID vaccination required

• First-time travelers will be considered

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required

• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• RQI certifications are not accepted

• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

• Must not have worked as permanent staff at any Lifepoint facility within the past 12 months

• Candidates with a permanent address within 60 miles of the facility are not eligible

• Cannot maintain full-time employment elsewhere during assignment
