Position:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) / SRNA with ECAA-Anesthesia Specialists. Full time opportunities with competitive compensation and signing bonuses.
- Examine patients’ histories for allergies or illnesses that would affect anesthesia.
- Evaluate and prepare patients, provide education about surgery/procedure, recovery and discuss possible side effects.
- Liaise with other members of the healthcare team (MDs, nurses, etc.).
- Determine appropriate amount, type and method of anesthesia administration.
- Perform anesthetics; administer medication for pain relief.
- Supervise and assist other CRNAs; oversee recovery and pain management of patients.
- Inform patients of post-surgical and pain management procedures; assist in patient procedure preparation.
- Provide support to the healthcare team; advise patients on medication type and dosage.
- Work effectively in team settings and autonomously; strong written and oral communication under pressure.

Full Time - Base compensation: $220,000 - $240,000 per year (non-call position base $220,000
; call position base $240,000
) - Bonuses:
Limited-time $100,000 signing bonus for 5-year commitment; $45,000 signing bonus for 3-year commitment. - Schedule:
Non-call and call positions available; non-nights, non-weekends, non-holidays in some roles; vacation 8–12 weeks depending on position - Benefits:
Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, disability; 401(k) with 3% automatic + 3% match; paid holidays; CEU allowance up to $4,500/year

Position Requirements- Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist or enrolled in an accredited CRNA program.
- Must hold or obtain a North Carolina state license.
