Registered Nurse (RN), Telemetry — Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN), Telemetry
Compensation: $20,000 sign‑on bonus eligibility

12‑hour shifts: 7a‑7p or 7p‑7a on a 24‑bed, telemetry unit.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
