Registered Nurse; RN), Labor & Delivery

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Labor & Delivery team at Frye Regional Medical Center, a Lifepoint Health® organization.

• Full‑time, Night shifts (3 12‑hour shifts)
• Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 eligible

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to condition and age of patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity.
• Be responsible for completion and revision of the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Current state RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred (especially in mother/baby care).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months.
• STABLE preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification preferred.
• Fetal Monitoring Basic within 6 months, Intermediate within 1 year, then advance every 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
