• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.

• Night shifts available.
• Full‑Time shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with every other weekend required.
• 12‑hour shift

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• A current, unencumbered, active North Carolina Nurse license or Combact license
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long‑Term Care.
