Registered Nurse (RN), Nephrology Oncology — Frye Regional Medical Center, Hickory, NC. Full-time:
Nights. $20,000 Sign on bonus eligible.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate quality improvement (QI) assessments

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• Chemo therapy certification preferred
