8 hours per day Saturday and Sunday
Position Summary of Major Accountabilities- Documentation / Audit Review
- Medication Reconciliation on Admission/Discharge
- Patient Education on Medical Management
- Communications
- Adherence to all core measure initiatives, patient safety goals, and NQF Safe Practices
Supervised by:
Nursing Administration
Graduate of accredited school of nursing with Bachelors.
Current RN licensure by the State of North Carolina.
