• Quality assurance of all Prepress needs (Graphics, Plates and Press Expectations)

• Manage the Graphic Dept Manager and Graphic Technician roles/responsibilities.
• Communicate with Prepress Vendors/Suppliers as needed
• Enforce Dept SOPs

• Order/Communicate with Plate and machine vendors as needed
• Maintain Equipment PM Schedule
• Maintain/Enforce Dept SOPs
• Establish a Plate Inventory System
• Track Plate KPIs:
  Remake Reasons, longevity, quality
• Global Vision Scanning as required.

• Create a Preflight Process and Maintain SOP
• Review the Schedule to the Jobs to verify:
  • Radius Job matches GMS, stepped PDF, color expectations available (GMG, drawdowns, etc.)
  • Plates available
  • Efficient Color Rotation

• Press Run conditions are created and maintained to include Color sequence, expectations, aniloxes needed.
• Verify Anilox Inventory/Maintenance
• Work with Scheduling to optimize schedule for back-to-back runs/families
