Overview
Job Summary serves as Administrative Assistant to Cardiovascular Service line. Provides support for Cardiovascular service line, Cath Lab, and EP. Assumes primary responsibility for data analysis, quality abstraction, charge codes, reimbursement and cost per case analysis for service line and clerical functions of Nursing Administration.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7A-3:30P.
- Provides typing services for cardiovascular services including minutes, procedures, check requests, position postings, and leave requests.
- Assists with loading schedules in UKG, payroll processing, and timekeeping.
- Acts as a resource for Cath lab / EP / PCRU / CT Surgery.
- Serves as liaison between other departments, employees, medical staff, and outside agencies. Manages calendars, meetings, and software support.
- Arranges, facilitates, and documents departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and creating presentations.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum three years of clerical experience
