- Facility includes a 32 bed Emergency Department, 29 bed inpatient rehab, 15 bed surgical suite & imaging, and a 81 bed adult Behavioral Health Hospital.
- Patient population primarily adult with diagnoses including Schizophrenia, Dementia, Manic Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, Dual Diagnosis, Medical Detox, Depression, and Anxiety Disorders.
Job Details
- Active Registered Nurse License in North Carolina required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health specialty.
- Certifications required: BLS (Basic Life Support) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training.
Job Requirements
- Behavioral Health specialty with 5 units having patient ratios ranging from 10 to 23 patients per unit with varying RN and CNA staffing.
- EHR system used:
Cerner. - Patient population is adult behavioral health patients.
- Common diagnoses include Schizophrenia, Dementia, Manic Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, Dual Diagnosis, Medical Detox, Depression, and Anxiety Disorders.
Unit Specific Information
- No call requirements.
- Certification with Handle with Care preferred but training will be provided.
- Dress code allows any color scrub.
