Compounding Pharmacist Lab Manager

We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacist and Lab manager for a well-established independently owned compounding pharmacy committed to providing exceptional patient care through personalized service and innovative solutions, and community involvement. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Compounding Pharmacist to lead our location in compounding operations, focusing on non-sterile and sterile compounding. This role also serves as Lab Manager, responsible for lab oversight, staff development, compliance, and provider education.

• Active Pharmacist License in NC (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in 503A compounding (preferred)
• Non-sterile compounding (capsules, creams, troches, etc.)
• Sterile compounding experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with USP , , and related state/federal regulations
• Clinical background in areas such as:
  Hormone Therapy, Wound Care, Pain Management, and Ophthalmology Solutions
