Position StatusFull Time.
Job Responsibilities- Serves as an active member of the ACT Team, participates in team meetings, and provides input into the person-centered planning process.
- Show knowledge and use of clinical processes to achieve positive outcomes including evaluation, assessment, service, treatment planning, intervention techniques, aftercare, and transition planning.
- Remain available face-to-face or by telephone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as staff serves as the first responder in the event of crisis situations. The service site will be at any location the consumer or family needs.
- Effectively use clinical and administrative supervision to improve the quality and performance of services for consumers and organizations.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage an assigned caseload and meet the direct care billable productivity expectations of the organization.
- A bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area.
- If AP, one (1) year of professional MH work experience. If QP, two (2) years of professional MH work experience.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage and reliable transportation.
- Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks.
- Provide proof of your education.
- A bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area.
- If AP, one (1) year of professional MH work experience. If QP, two (2) years of professional MH work experience.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
