Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Licensed Medical Esthetician (Laser Experience Strongly Preferred)

Location: Hickory, NC

Position Type: Part-Time

We’re growing—and fast. Our busy, well-established med spa in Hickory, NC is looking for a Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our aesthetics team within the next 4 weeks
. If you’re passionate about skin, confident with advanced treatments (especially lasers), and love connecting with patients, this could be your next move.

As a core member of our aesthetics team, you’ll help patients look and feel their best through customized, results-driven treatments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing medical-grade aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning
  , and advanced skincare treatments
• Providing laser treatments
  (experience strongly preferred)
• Educating patients on treatment plans, skincare products, and homecare routines
• Assisting with consultations and delivering clear pre- and post-care instructions
• Maintaining a clean, organized treatment room and following all infection control standards
• Building long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Supporting clinic promotions and contributing to service and retail sales goals

Location & Coverage

Note:

• Ability and willingness tooccasionally cover shifts in Huntersville, NC as needed (coverage may be temporary or could extend longer-term if mutually desired)

Required:

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience in a medical aesthetics or med spa setting
• Hands-on experience with laser treatments

• Professional, warm, and confident with patients
• Knowledgeable about skincare ingredients, treatments, and outcomes
• Results-driven and comfortable recommending services and products
• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Comfortable being visible on social media (not required, but a plus!)

Bonus points if you enjoy being on camera, creating content, or already have a social media presence—but this is not a requirement.
