schedule: Typically 8am-5pm, rotating weekends and Holidays

Our medical center is a 355-bed acute care facility which offers a broad array of inpatient and outpatient care. Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals as well as other medications to patients and performs the diagnostic study per physician orders.

• Receives patients, explains method of procedure and makes sure patients are comfortable.
• Provides patient services to all ages using imaging modalities.
• Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Maintains equipment and supplies and organizes work area.
• Keeps accurate records, helps with scheduling of the ultrasound and keeps patient flow smooth.

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

• High School Diploma
• Required Certified EKG Technician (CET Exam)
• BLS
