• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health, keeping accurate and up-to-date records

• Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
• Foster a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for those in your care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

• Licensure: Current LPN license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience: Assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to care.
• Communication: A great attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with residents and team members alike
