Cardiovascular Sonographer / Cardiovascular Lab / PRN
Performs a variety of imaging procedures under the clinical direction of a Radiologist, Cardiologist or Surgeon.
Responsibilities- Performs a variety of imaging procedures under the clinical direction of a Radiologist, Cardiologist or Surgeon.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic technology program or Computed Tomography/Magnetic Resonance technology program or Nuclear Medicine technology program or Sonography technology program.
- Current ARRT, ARRT(N), ARRT(MR), ARRT(CT), or ARDMS, or CNMT registration.
- BCLS certification. If the BCLS certification is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA certification is required within one month of employment date.
- No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in all aspects of the position within three months of employment date.
- Nuclear Medicine technologist registered in PET or Cardiac. CVL/US technologist holding 3 or more registries. CT/MR technologist competent and performing both modalities.
