Reports to:

- Promotions and Community Relations

Minimum Age: 16

Pay Rate: $9/hr

• Find contestants for on‑field games and between‑inning contests.
• Prepare props and promotional materials for contests.
• Help on‑field host with execution of games and getting contestants on and off the field.
• Assist in running pre‑game activities including first pitches and first swing.
• Help with post‑game activities such as Launch‑A‑Ball and Kids Run the Bases as necessary.
• Work with community members of all ages and abilities as well as other staff members.
• Be courteous, friendly, reliable, and punctual.

• Strong communication skills and customer service.
• Must be well organized and flexible to meet time, priority and workload demands.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.
• Abilityulation to stand, sit and walk for up to 6‑8 hours.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Team player.
