• 5 experienced NPs and PAs
• Dedicated clinical and administrative support
• An in-house, COLA-certified lab
• A primarily outpatient model with limited hospital responsibility (newborn rounding at Catawba Valley Medical Center on call days)
• After-hours nurse triage service to support work-life balance
