• Process customer orders and returns via phone, email, and live chat
• Send relevant forms and applications to customers
• Handle customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Perform data entry and research tasks
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Essential:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of customer-facing service experience
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve grievances effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer literacy and ability to learn new software
