Position: Daycare Teacher (Hiring Bonus)
Overview

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is hiring a Childcare Teacher. The Compensation & Pay Range is $13.00-$18.50 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus. The range is provided by The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
  • Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow
  • Support children s social and emotional development
  • Foster a love of learning through Creative Curriculum and Brain Connect programs
  • Build strong partnerships with families through daily app updates and personal discussions
Qualifications
  • Passion for working with young children
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working in licensed childcare
  • Ability to pass background checks and health assessments
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies

$500 Sign on Bonus will be dispersed as follows: $250 upon starting, remaining $250 after 90 days. Applicant must begin employed within 60 days to qualify for Hiring Bonus.
