Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Margin Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
- Administrative support for managing and analyzing sales margin (Gross Profit percentage, dollars per case and dollars per drop) by company, sales representative and customer.
- Assist in monitoring cost and pricing of products by category to ensure profit expectations while growing sales.
- Analyze daily orders for cost errors or price discrepancies.
- Ensure accuracy of cost for bids prior to calculating and roll process.
- Assist in performing basic financial analysis.
- Prints report for management or other departments; maintain accurate records.
- Back-up other Accounting, Finance or administrative support staff, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
6-12 months experience in Accounting, Accounting administrative support.
Critical thinking and attention to detail.
Moderate to Advanced Excel skills.
Preferred qualificationsAssociate or greater degree in Accounting, Accounting administrative support or related area.
1-2 years experience in Accounting, Accounting administrative support or related area.
