Our Dealership Office Assistant typically works Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
You're an important part of our business, handling key administrative duties and supporting the team wherever needed.
Cross‑trained in multiple areas, you assist with everything from processing payments and completing data entry to maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
Your responsibilities include preparing and filing sales documents, titles, and registration paperwork, managing accounts receivable schedules, and communicating with customers about overdue payments to keep finances on track.
You also handle calls and emails, ensuring each customer receives prompt and professional service.
Adding a creative touch, you craft and post engaging social media content that builds excitement and strengthens our dealership's online presence.
You help spread the word about our dealership and keep our daily operations efficient!
