A Service Plumber at Mesaba is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems while providing world class customer experiences and craftmanship. Essential Job Duties

• Plan and complete all necessary steps in the residential installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water, gas and drain systems
• Establish customer rapport and help them choose the right products and services for their home
• Accurately evaluate systems for malfunctions and failures
• Build and present options ranging from repair to permanent solutions
• Respectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for complete and incomplete jobs
• Ensure proper detailed billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities
• Maintain company provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools and shop equipment
