Fairview Range is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant to join our primary care team at the Fairview Mesaba Clinic in Hibbing, MN. The LPN/MA will provide high quality health care for the entire family from newborn to geriatric, with the full range of primary and specialty care services. Clinics are located in Hibbing, Mountain Iron, and Nashwauk, offering convenient access to care and direct access to Physician Specialists and advanced services offered by University of Minnesota Physicians.

The LPN/MA serves as a clinical and organizational resource to Clinic Providers and Support Services in coordinating the delivery of nursing care.

This position will work 72-80 hours per two weeks. Shift length will be 8 hours on the day/evening shift. Weekends as needed. Primarily based in Hibbing but may provide coverage in Nashwauk and Mountain Iron as needed.

• Current Minnesota LPN Licensure or current Minnesota MA Certification (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
• Current BLS certification or attends BLS class within six months of employment and maintains certification

• Previous nursing experience

$22.71 – $31.31 hourly.

• Primary care includes over 20 providers and more than 50 support staff that see patients in Hibbing, Mt. Iron, and Nashwauk.
• Care team includes Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, MAs, Patient Access Coordinators.
