Job Overview

Fairview Range is looking for a Occupational Therapist to join our Hibbing Home Care and Hospice team.

As a dedicated Occupational Therapist, you coordinate the delivery of occupational therapy services tailored to the unique needs of clients spanning all age groups. Our approach involves meticulously crafting a comprehensive care plan, encompassing essential education and support for both clients and caregivers, continual progress monitoring, hands‑on care provision, and resource management.

Additionally, we provide invaluable supervision to paraprofessional staff and maintain open collaboration with the Supervisor/Manager to address pertinent issues.

This position will work 40-71 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8‑hours on the day shifts, with no weekends.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current MN OT license.
• BLS
• None to 1 year of acute care, long term care, or clinic experience.

• One year experience in home care.

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting. An individual's pay rate within this range may be influenced by various factors, including FTE, skills, knowledge, educational background, and qualifying experience as specified in the contract.
