A company is looking for a Sales Administrator to support Sales Advisors and clients through efficient management of schedules and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated support to Sales Advisors and manage client appointment scheduling Facilitate the transition of sales orders and draft proposals for sales activities Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce CRM and respond to client inquiries

Required Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma required;
Associate's Degree preferred At least 2 years of client service experience High computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce preferred Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
