Overview
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $18.75/hr the hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Responsibilities- Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
- Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and for age-restricted products.
- Ensure stores are well-stocked, with shelves that remain fresh, full, and inviting.
- Help keep stores clean and safe by following established policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and more.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
