Role:
Property Damage Restoration Project Manager

Focus: Water, Fire, Mold, Contents & Reconstruction

Location: Field-based | Residential & Commercial

Reports to: Ownership / Operations Leadership

What You'll Own (End to End)

• Full project ownership from emergency call to final invoice
• Scope, schedule, and budget control - no surprises
• Crew coordination (mitigation, contents, trades, subs)
• Client communication - calm, clear, confident
• Carrier and adjuster coordination (you speak their language)
• Job documentation in Xactimate / CRM (if it's not documented, it didn't happen)
• Quality control - clean jobs, clean paperwork, clean exits

The PM Who Wins Here

• Has real restoration PM experience (water/fire/mold preferred)
• Understands mitigation vs. reconstruction and how they connect
• Can manage multiple jobs without dropping balls
