Description

Tele Solv Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support government operations and high-volume documentation workflows in our Hialeah office.

This role will support the federal government and all applicants MUST be local to the Hialeah, FL area.

The Administrative Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to a Government Field Office by ensuring the accurate movement, organization, and maintenance of both physical and electronic files. As an Administrative Clerk, you play a key role in supporting the adjudication process, assisting with naturalization ceremonies, and promoting the overall operational efficiency of the site. Core duties include preparing materials for Government personnel, retrieving and organizing case files, connecting incoming correspondence to existing records, and supporting ceremony-related tasks such as distributing certificates and collecting documentation.

In this position, the Administrative Clerk supports the Government's ongoing immigration-related operations, including the processing of forms, applications, and documentation required for adjudication and naturalization. This role ensures orderly workflows and contributes to timely, accurate, and secure handling of case materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Retrieving and bundling Government-requested case files for Government personnel.
  • Re-shelving files returned by Government personnel in the proper locations.
  • Matching and attaching incoming correspondence to the correct case files.
  • Supporting naturalization ceremonies by printing and distributing naturalization certificates and assisting with applicant documentation.
  • Escorting applicants, collecting and logging green cards, and assisting with general ceremony logistics.
  • Supporting the processing and preparation of forms and applications used in the adjudication process.
  • Scanning large, multi-page documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Performing additional clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Active Tier 3 Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Strong ability to read and understand English proficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, detail-oriented environment.
  • Comfort performing tasks that require bending, reaching, and physical mobility.
