A respected food-led hotel and restaurant in Hexham is seeking a talented Chef de Partie. This full-time, permanent role offers up to £35,000 per annum with a 4 days on / 3 days off schedule. Ideal candidates will have experience in a kitchen, a passion for fresh ingredients, and a Professional Cookery qualification. The opportunity includes meals on duty, staff discounts, and ongoing training within a well-regarded establishment.
