  Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. Working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

  Is this the role for me?
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
  • Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service‑oriented operation
  • A good knowledge on wines and spirits
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder

Our hotel is a 4*, 141‑bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36‑hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments. The dining options include Hadrian’s Brasserie restaurant, Tommy Craig’s bar, the Claret Jug restaurant and a Whisky snug, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
