AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified 6AM-6PM Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family! This role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises day-to-day nursing activities of an assigned unit. It is a place where your work matters and your growth is supported.

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long‑term care.
