Workforce​/Staffing Manager

Touchstone Communities, a leader in senior living and long-term care, is seeking a dedicated Workforce/Staffing Manager to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we have the right talent in the right places to meet the unique needs of our elders across our Texas facilities. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing the staffing requirements that support quality care and operational efficiency.

In this strategic yet hands-on role, you will collaborate with various department heads to forecast staffing needs, design effective recruiting strategies, and develop staff retention programs.
