Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Hillcrest Waco, TX

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our outstanding Orthopedic program at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest in Waco, TX. The ideal candidate would be focused on quality, and be able to effectively collaborate with referring physicians, colleagues, and other professionals to provide optimum patient care within our award‑winning integrated health care system.

The Opportunity

The Division of Orthopedic Trauma is comprised of 2 orthopedic trauma surgeons and 3 Physician Assistants, and it provides comprehensive orthopedic trauma services. BSW Medical Center - Hillcrest is an ASC certified level II trauma center. Additional details include:

  • Orthopedic Center with on site PT, MRI, clinic, and surgery center
  • Full line of Orthopedic Trauma equipment including HANA table, modern instruments, and 3D c arm
  • Access to Orthopedic Trauma Operating Room 7 days a week

Qualifications
  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
