Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store-specific measurements and layout initiatives.
• Accurately count store inventories and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Perform store price changes accurately and timely.
• Hang store signage, including circulars, price cuts, and manager’s specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask to add value, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

Working Conditions

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally 4-8 hours, varying by store.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

Physical Requirements

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift overhead occasionally; stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
