About The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC): The ARC is a no-fee program to assist men and women in completing their rehabilitation. We value our employees' contributions to the effectiveness of our programs and depend on their diligence and devotion.
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and donors, providing prompt assistance
- Stocking and merchandising items
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store and donation areas
- Following POS/Cash Register policies
- Ensuring safety and compliance standards
- Attending monthly store meetings
- Receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory accurately
- Inspecting products for defects
- Assisting donors with donations and providing receipts
- Sorting and stacking donated materials
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately
- Pass background check (including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry)
- Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive motion tasks
- Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Schedule: Stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are determined by management.
