Job Description

Our Team Members are the first point of contact with our guests and exemplify Farmer Boys' brand image. You will deliver exceptional service before, during, and after taking orders. Responsibilities may include taking orders, managing registers, maintaining the dining area, working the drive-thru, cooking fresh food, or preparing ingredients. Experience is not required; we provide hands-on training and online courses to help you succeed.

Job Summary

As a Team Member, you may learn various roles such as Cashier, drive-thru operator, cook, or food preparer. This role offers opportunities to develop skills and advance to positions like Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and beyond.

• Work Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time available

Requirements

• Experience: No experience required; experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus
• Education: No formal education required;
  High School diploma or GED preferred
• Communication: Ability to speak and read English preferred; second language is a plus
• Competencies: Customer service, time management, and familiarity with POS systems preferred
• Food Handler Card: Required where applicable
• Physical Demands: Standing, talking, hearing, vision, repetitive hand use, occasional stooping or lifting up to 40 lbs
