🚜We are Hiring an Experienced Farm Operative🚜
Are you an experienced farm operative looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a skilled, proactive individual to join our team and support a range of farm operations on a large scale farm.
What we are looking for:- 🚜Full driving licence
- 🚜Experienced machinery operator
- 🚜At least two seasons of tractor driving
- 🚜Experience with compost spreading, straw/bale chasing, flail mowing, loading shovel and bowser driving
- 🚜Familiar with GPS technology
- 🚜Experience working on large scale farms
- ✅Self motivated and proactive individual
- ✅Detail oriented and conscientious
- ✅Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- ✅Willing to learn and develop new skills
- ✅Flexible with a positive, can do attitude
- ✅Ready to take ownership and pride in their work
