We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static commercial building services contract based in the Royston area. The role is based at a prestigious government facility and involves planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

• Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs and associated HVAC plant

• Electrical fault finding, testing and repair within commercial buildings

• Maintenance of building services electrical systems

• Ensure compliance with health and safety and site procedures

• Completion of maintenance logs and statutory documentation

Essential Requirements

• Fully electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Building Services Engineer

• Strong commercial building services maintenance background

• Experience working on HVAC plant including AHUs and FCUs

• Minimum 10-year UK employment and residency footprint

• Clean criminal record (security clearance required)

• Not colour blind

• Full UK driving licence (company van provided due to site size)

Package

• Salary: £47,000 per annum

• Monday to Friday, daytime hours only

• Static site role (no call-out)

• Company van provided
