Classic Car Mechanic – Private Collection (Maintenance Focus)

We are working with a significant private classic car collection, housing a wide range of historically important and beautifully maintained vehicles. This is a rare opportunity for a skilled mechanic who enjoys care, preservation, and precision, rather than ground-up restoration.

This role is all about keeping exceptional cars exceptional.

The Role

* Routine servicing, inspection, and mechanical upkeep of classic vehicles

* Fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance

* Preparing vehicles for use, storage, or display

* Working to high standards with originality and sympathy in mind

* Maintaining accurate records of work carried out

There is no restoration work involved — no strip-downs, no rebuilds. This is a calm, methodical environment focused on correctness and longevity.

The Ideal Person

* Experienced classic car mechanic or technician

* Strong mechanical fundamentals (engines, drive trains, braking, suspension)

* Careful, organised, and detail-oriented

* Comfortable working independently within a small, trusted team

* Pride in workmanship and respect for historic vehicles
