Junior Account Manager

Position: Junior Account Manager (Full training supplied) (Permanent)
Location: East Hertfordshire

We are seeking a motivated person who would be interested in training to become a Trainee Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone early in their professional career. You will support the client services team in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring project delivery, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

The role is primarily office-based but will also include opportunities for site visits and travel throughout the UK. Full training will be given.

Responsibilities

* Acting as a point of contact for clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally.

* Maintaining CRM records, preparing meeting agendas, and taking detailed minutes during client briefings.

* Liaising with internal departments to ensure client deliverables are met on time.

* Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to provide proactive suggestions to senior management.

* Identifying "soft" opportunities where the company can provide additional value or services to the client.

Requirements

* Educated to at least A-Level standard (or equivalent)

* Exceptional written and verbal skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Full UK driving licence

* Proactive, resilient, and highly organized

* A natural "people person" with sales intuition

Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
