As we continue to grow nationally,we’relooking for a commercially driven individual to take ownership of regional partnerships and ticket growth.
Role OverviewThis is a commercially accountable growth role sitting at the intersection of partnerships, fieldmarketingand regional business development.
As Partnerships & Regional Growth Executive, you willbe responsible for building and securing high-impact contra-marketing partnerships that directly drive ticket sales across Dog Fest regions.
You’llidentifyopportunities, pitch compelling collaborations, negotiate agreements, and ensure delivery translates into measurable attendance growth.
You will be measured on regional ticket sales performance, partner-driven conversions, and the commercial impact of your activity.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in partnerships, field sales, business development, brandactivationor event marketing who thrives on relationship-building and delivering tangible results.
Key Responsibilities Regional Growth & Commercial Ownership- Own regional growth targets and deliver measurable uplift in ticket sales
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of local businesses,communities and brand partners
- Identify and secure contra-marketing agreements that expand Dog Fest’s reach
- Track partner‑attributed ticket sales andoptimiseactivity accordingly
- Maintain clear reporting on performance,ROIand growth opportunities
- Research, approach and pitch aligned regional and national partners
- Negotiate mutually beneficial promotional agreements (newsletter swaps, social campaigns, retail promotion, database access, community outreach, etc.)
- Build long‑term, repeatable partnership relationships across multiple regions
- Maintain and develop a structured partner database and outreach plan
- Plan and deliver targeted regional campaigns tomaximiseawareness and ticket sales
- Build relationships with pet retailers, independent stores, charities,clubsand dog communities
- Oversee grassroots marketing activity including in-store placements, localeventsand visibility initiatives
- Represent Dog Fest at community and industry events
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to align regional activity with digital, PR and email campaigns
- Identify and secure regional and national influencers aligned with the Dog Fest brand
- Negotiate deliverables and manage campaign execution
- Track reach,engagement and ticket conversion impact
- Build strong long‑term relationships with creators and agents
We’dlove to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years’ experience in partnerships, field sales, business development, brandactivationor event marketing
- A proven track recordof delivering measurable growth or hitting commercial targets
- Strong pitching,negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- A results‑driven mindset with confidence owning regional performance
- Experience working with consumer‑facing brands, events,retailor lifestyle sectors
- Excellentorganisationand performance tracking skills
- The energy and confidence torepresenta vibrant national events brand on the ground
- You’reproactive, commercially aware, and motivated by turning conversations into measurable outcomes
- Full UK drivinglicenceand willingness to travel nationally (weekend work during event season is essential)
