Roleof Business Development Manager
We are looking for a strong BDM to join our client, an expert in Workforce Management and Time & Attendance
Are you a hungry salesperson that understands the thrill of opening doors and knows the resilience it takes to succeed? - Outreach in pursuit of new business
- Qualify leads and hold discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their current processes and pain points
- Arrange demos to prospective clients
- Be comfortable closing the sale

Salary and BenefitsAnnual basic salary of £30,000 + uncapped commission
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (1 extra day holiday per year of service).
Hybrid role – three / four days per week on site
Holidays – 25 days a year, plus 1 extra for your birthday
Training – they are happy to support both internal and external training as required
EMI share scheme open to all staff upon completing probation period
