A leading food manufacturing company in East Hertfordshire is seeking a Multi-skilled Day Shift Engineer to support production maintenance operations. The role requires at least 3 years of FMCG engineering experience, NVQ Level 3 certification, and strong fault-finding skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement and quality standards within the facility. The company offers a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern for a balanced work life.
Responsibilities- Support production maintenance operations as a Multi-skilled Day Shift Engineer.

- Work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of FMCG engineering experience.
- NVQ Level 3 certification.
