We are seeking a Dispensing and Packing Operator, you will be is responsible for accurately dispensing and packing a range of bulk powders, pastes, and liquids-both hazardous and non-hazardous-to support safe, efficient, and reliable production. The role ensures materials are prepared to specification, documentation is completed accurately, and all activities are carried out in line with safety, quality, and operational standards.

As the job title, you will help drive our goals by:

Dispensing & Packing

• Dispense bulk powders, pastes and liquids following defined procedures, batch instructions, and quality standards.
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials in accordance with site safety and environmental requirements.
• Operate dispensing and packing equipment safely and efficiently.

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete all paperwork, batch records, and checks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure traceability and compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Identify errors or discrepancies and escalate promptly.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation.
• Good understanding of safety practices, PPE use, and hazard awareness.
• Ability to follow procedures and work to daily targets.
• Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar processing environment - Desirable
• Competence in handling powders, liquids, or hazardous materials.
